Quarantine & Policy
Isolate, preview and manage suspicious messages. Turkish charset support, score analysis, FP management and admin-approved release workflow.
Operations & NOC
Live traffic dashboards, SMTP Abuse Radar, GeoIP/ASN visibility, queue management and message lifecycle tracking.
Customer Portal
Multi-tenant customer and domain management. Customer-scoped logs, audit, reports and self-service quarantine/FP reporting.

Stable/candidate/dev channel packages via repo.mailbox.com.tr with SHA verification, rollback and health-check supported installation.
Abuse & Intrusion Protection

Unified protection layer for admin login brute-force, invalid API key spikes, customer login brute-force, SMTP AUTH brute-force, invalid command/protocol abuse, connection abuse and reputation auto-ban events.

Multi outbound IP pool, manual active/passive IP management, per-customer/domain dedicated IP binding, sequential/random egress IP selection.
Advanced Customer Reporting

Daily trend charts, risk category breakdowns, top targeted recipients, false-positive summaries, release requests, periodic daily/weekly/monthly mail reports.
Backup / Restore Advanced Phase

Config clone, disaster full restore, restore preview, pre-restore backup and package protection/encryption.
Language Support / i18n Expansion

TR/EN at launch; UI, reports, alerts and mail templates extensible to new languages later.
HA / Multi-Node Architecture

Active/active inbound MX node model, node_id in log/audit, central or HA Redis evaluation, optional HA without breaking single-node behavior.

AI Operations Layer (Read-Only)
