The data controller under this Privacy Policy is the Pitbull Secure Gateway operations team. Contact via our contact form or support channels.

2. Scope

This policy covers the website, customer panel and email security service. Full email content is not stored by default except where quarantine or policy explicitly retains messages.

3. Data categories

Identity & contact, account & technical data, email metadata (sender, recipient, SPF/DKIM/DMARC results), billing data, cookies and analytics.

4. Purposes and legal basis

Service delivery (contract), security & abuse prevention (legal obligation / legitimate interest), marketing (consent), legal retention (tax and commercial law).

5. Retention

Operational mail logs typically 30–90 days; quarantine per policy; account data for contract term plus statutory limitation; extended audit retention for security events where required.

6. Third parties and transfers

Data shared only with subprocessors necessary for service (data center, payment provider, AV REST API). Cross-border transfers under KVKK Art. 9 and GDPR Chapter V. Your data is not sold for commercial purposes.

7. Security

TLS, RBAC, no logging of passwords/API keys/tokens, Tier III data center, backups and access audits.

8. Your rights

9. Cookies

Essential cookies for session and security; analytics where used are anonymized or consent-based.
