Controlled decision point for suspicious mail

The quarantine module holds messages flagged by Security Engine in a secure pool. Ops teams preview content and decide to release, delete or mark as false positive. Customers can submit FP reports via the portal.

Turkish content support

Windows-1254 and ISO-8859-9 charset decoding ensures Turkish subject and body text display correctly. Attachment risk signals (macro, executable, archive) are flagged separately.

Quarantine age, retention period and automatic cleanup

Release actions are written to the audit log. Release policies requiring admin approval add extra control in sensitive environments.
