Rights, obligations and limitations of liability for use of the Pitbull Secure Gateway website and services.

1. Parties and acceptance

These Terms apply between Pitbull Secure Gateway and users of our website and services. Use constitutes acceptance.

2. Service description

Pitbull provides email security gateway, inbound filtering, outbound relay, quarantine, NOC, reporting and management panel services per selected package and agreement.

3. Acceptable use

Lawful use only. Prohibited: spam, phishing, malware, unauthorized access, reverse-engineering without permission, abuse affecting other customers.

4. Account security

You are responsible for credentials, API keys and tokens. Report suspicious access immediately.

5–11. IP, billing, privacy, SLA, termination, governing law

See Privacy Policy, KVKK, GDPR and SLA. Governed by laws of Turkey; Istanbul courts have jurisdiction.
